By default, your customers can change their personal information and transfer it to your studio during booking. For example, changes of address or phone number can be transmitted directly with the booking. When the member books a class at your studio, the personal information stored in the member's account is automatically transferred. To ensure that the information is correctly registered and maintained, we therefore recommend that you inform your members that they should adjust the information directly in their own account. Alternatively you have the possibility to activate the Write Protection. With the write protection you make sure that only the studio can change the customer data. You can find instructions here: Special settings explained
