By default, the problem is that the export by e-mail ends up in the spam folder instead of the inbox or that the mailbox is full, i.e. there is no free space left to receive new e-mails. 

With business e-mail addresses (@your-studio.ch / @your-company.ch) it can happen in certain cases that e-mails with attachments are not delivered by your own provider for security reasons. Spam filters and security systems are updated on an ongoing basis, so the problem may occur suddenly or recurrently.


The following should therefore help:

  • Check spam: 
    • Important: It is the spam folder in the webmail that needs to be checked, not the spam folder in the Outlook or mail program.
    • Open the browser and log in to your own webmail (e.g. www.gmail.com, www.hotmail.com, www.bluewin.ch).
    • Select the «Spam» or «Junk» folder.
    • Mark all emails from SportsNow and mark them as «not spam» or move them to your inbox.
  • Check storage space: 
    • Open the browser and log in to your own webmail (e.g. www.gmail.com, www.hotmail.com, www.bluewin.ch).
    • Check the available storage space. If the storage space is low or already used up, you should buy more storage space or delete unused emails. 
  • For business email addresses:
    • In order for this problem to be investigated further, the support team of the hosting or email provider of the business email address should be contacted.
    • Use a private email address: 
      • To do this, please ask an administrator of your studio to store your desired email address.
      • As an administrator, you can change your email address yourself in the admin area under «Set up my studio» - «My team».
        • To do this, click on «Action» - «Edit» next to your entry.
        • You can enter your new preferred email address under «Settings» - «Email (login)».
        • Click on «Save member».
        • An e-mail with the login details will automatically be sent to your new e-mail address.
        • Please note that after saving, you will temporarily no longer have access to the admin area because you are still logged in with your old e-mail address.
        • Click on «Sign out» at the top right to log out.
        • Click on «Sign in» to sign in with your new e-mail address.
