If a payment via Stripe cannot be successfully executed (for example, because the limit of your credit card has been reached), a new payment attempt will be made automatically. If the first payment attempt fails, your studio will be automatically informed by email and the premium pass will be extended by 10 days to avoid an interruption.
In total, Stripe will attempt to collect the amount due for the premium pass three times at two-day intervals. If no successful payment is made even after three attempts, the automatic renewal of your premium pass will be disabled and your studio will receive a notification to that effect. In this case, however, the premium pass can be reactivated at any time with a valid credit card. All data is always retained and is not deleted.
Alternatively, you can use a different credit card at any time and update the credit card details needed to pay for the premium pass directly. You can find more information in the instructions here: Update credit card data for the premium
