To receive push messages the SportsNow app must be installed, the member must be logged in and push messages must be allowed. If the member does not receive push messages, the member can do the following steps:
For iOS:
- Open the «Settings» app on your iOS device.
- Select «SportsNow».
- Make sure that the «Allow messages» checkbox is activated.
- Now open the SportsNow app.
- Press «More» and «Logout» to log out (log off).
- Log in again (log in).
For Android:
- Open the «Settings» of Android.
- Open the Application Manager / Applications / Apps.
- Select SportsNow.
- Make sure that the option «Show notifications» is activated.
- Now open the SportsNow app.
- Press «More» and «Logout» to log out (log off).
- Log in again (log in).
