By default, the reason is in the pass or special settings. So make sure that:

  • The pass and billing system is activated: 
    • In the admin area click on «Set up my studio» - «Further settings» - «Special settings».
    • Remove the tick from the option «Deactivate the pass and billing system. Classes and appointments are booked directly without a pass.».
    • Click on «Save settings».
  • The pass is not set as private:
    • In the admin area, click on «Set up my studio» - «My passes».
    • Click on «Action» - «Edit» for the pass concerned to open the settings.
    • Remove the tick from the option «This pass can only be sold by the studio. Members cannot buy this pass themselves.». This option is only visible if the pass system is active (see above).
    • Click on «Save pass».
