By default, one of the following causes is present when the QR invoice cannot be scanned properly:
- The member's address information is incorrect:
Check the member's address details by clicking on «Edit personal information» in the member details. Make sure that «Switzerland» is selected as the «Country». - The payment information in the studio's payment settings is incorrect:
Make sure the name, address, zip code and city are listed for «On the account of».

Incorrect lines are displayed directly and can be adjusted accordingly in SportsNow.
Also note that QR invoices are a Swiss standard and are only available for studios with an address in Switzerland.
