All premium and add-on subscriptions are paid monthly by credit card and can be cancelled at any time. Canceled subscriptions are not automatically renewed after expiry.
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time in the admin area under «My Account». This feature is only available on the web.
If you cancel your premium subscription, you can still use all functions until the expiration date. After your premium has been deactivated, i.e. not renewed, the functions and advantages are no longer available to you. All your data will always be retained and will not be deleted.
You can reactivate the premium at any time.

Deactivate Premium
- Click on «My Account» in the admin area.
- Click on «Stop Premium membership» for your existing premium to stop the subscription renewal.
It is also possible to deactivate the studio account. This will delete all data irrevocably and cannot be restored.

- Click on «My Account» in the admin area.
- Scroll all the way down and click on «Deactivate account».
- Enter the reason for the deactivation and please add your feedback why you no longer want to use SportsNow.
- Confirm the deactivation with a click on «Deactivate now».
