SportsNow offers you the possibility to define which classes build up on each other. Your members will automatically receive a recommendation for the next course after finishing a course, or will be automatically booked for the next course if the pass renews automatically.
Good to know
- Your classes must have an end date so that the course system can be used.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «Set up my studio» - «My class schedule».
- Click on «Add class» or on «Action» - «Modify» if you want to modify an existing class.
- Click on «Course system: is this class based on another class?». A list of classes with an end date will open.
- Now select the desired class(es) on which it is based.
Example: You create the class «Endurance 2», which is based on «Endurance 1». - Click on «Save settings».
This function can only be activated on the web.
