SportsNow offers you the possibility to let your members check in with one pass. This is useful if a member has multiple passes but always wants to use the same pass for check-in.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on the desired member on«View customer details».
- Scroll down to «Passes» and look for the desired pass.
- Click on «Action».
- Click on «Use for check-in» and confirm the popup-message.
- You have now successfully set a pass that is used by default for check-in.
