  • The ‘Book as a guest’ option can be disabled. This ensures that bookings can only be made using an account, giving you greater control over customer data.
  • With the Tariff 595, a reimbursement form for health insurance providers is available. Forms can be generated directly and made available to members. You can find more information here: Tariff 595 – Swiss Health Insurance

Optimised

  • In the “My Appointments” view, multiple people can be filtered simultaneously. This makes planning with several team members easier.
  • Team members are displayed in alphabetical order for individual appointments. This makes navigation quicker and clearer.
  • The order of passes can be customised. Passes are thus displayed according to your priorities.
  • In ‘Valuable Statistics’ – ‘New Customers’, user-defined filters can be set. This allows reports to be customised more precisely.

Fixed

  • The automatic progression in waiting lists did not work correctly in certain cases. Members now progress reliably again.
  • In the shift schedule, the days of the week have been translated correctly. The display is now consistent across all languages.
  • During the purchase process, the ‘Buy subscription’ button could not be triggered in some cases. The booking process now works reliably again.
  • In the Notifications, the name of the member contracts was sometimes missing. This is now displayed correctly.
  • When exporting to Excel under ‘My customers’, the AHV number can now also be exported.
  • In the Daily view under ‘My appointments’, a display issue with the date has been fixed.
  • An error has been fixed in Check-In where, for credit-based subscriptions with remaining credit of 0, automatic Check-Out was not triggered. The process now works correctly again.
  • A display issue has been fixed when editing individual appointments. The drop-down menu is no longer covered by the footer and is fully visible again.
  • Other minor bugs have been fixed.
