- When importing members, you can now directly transfer customer notes, customised invoice amounts and member groups. This simplifies data migration and reduces manual effort.
- In the Check-in Monitor, the new Check-in Memo displays internal notes during check-in. If necessary, access can be blocked and the member referred to the team for clarification.
- In ‘My Finances’, reminders can be printed directly. This makes it easier to perform the administration of outstanding invoices.
- In the Check-in Monitor, all check-in activities are visible. This allows you to keep track of attendance at all times.
Optimised
- The Android app has been optimised for Android 15. It therefore meets the latest system requirements.
- When purchasing a subscription, the validity date is set automatically if a fixed start date is defined. This reduces errors in administration of subscription periods.
- The bexio integration has been stabilised. Data is synchronised reliably even during brief interruptions.
Fixed
- For the health insurance confirmation, a PDF could not be generated without a date of birth. The export now works correctly again.
- In the app, the incorrect health questionnaire was sometimes displayed. The assignment now works reliably again.
- In the ‘Revenue per subscription’ report, totals were calculated incorrectly. The display is now correct.
- When exporting the hourly report, the date filter was sometimes not applied. Exports are now filtered correctly again.
- Other minor bugs have been fixed.
