  • Digital member contracts can be created, sent and signed directly in SportsNow. Contracts can be viewed online at any time and managed entirely digitally.
  • When selling subscriptions, the price can be adjusted directly. This eliminates the need for subsequent corrections to the invoice.
  • Under «My Cash Register», discounts can be entered directly and revenue accounts can be set up for each product. The “Breakdown by Revenue Account” view clearly shows the total for each account.
  • The Check-in Monitor now displays the member photo. This allows members to be identified more quickly.

Optimised

  • The digital member contracts have been enhanced and offer greater flexibility in their presentation. The validity period can be hidden and price changes are displayed transparently.
  • Under ‘My Customers’, you can search specifically by date of birth. This enables more precise segmentation of members.
  • In ‘My Finances’, a log is kept of when an invoice was sent. Additionally, invoices can be marked as ‘sent offline (by post)’ and multiple invoices can be sent simultaneously.

Fixed

  • In ‘My Finances’, partial payments are displayed directly on the invoice. This makes outstanding amounts easier to track.
  • In the Mailchimp integration, connection issues are automatically detected and resolved. Synchronisation is now running reliably again.
  • For TWINT payments, outstanding invoices from family members can now be paid correctly again. The payment process is working as intended once more.
  • No error now occurs when signing digital member contracts online. Contracts can now be concluded without any issues.
  • Other minor bugs have been fixed.
