- As a studio, you can now create guest accounts without requiring a login. This makes it easy for people to try out a trial lesson or make a one-off visit.
Optimised
- The Activity Monitor evaluates active and inactive members more quickly and reliably. This gives you a better overview of your membership structure.
- On iOS, only the necessary write access is requested when adding bookings to the calendar. Unnecessary full access is no longer required.
- When creating a member account, the date of birth must be actively selected. This improves data quality and prevents incorrect entries.
- Under ‘My Customers’, the contract status of the digital member contract is displayed correctly. You can see immediately whether a contract has been signed.
Fixed
- In the bexio integration, invoices are no longer sent automatically in the event of partial payments or changes. Synchronisation issues have been resolved.
- When deactivating myClubs, the integration status is reset correctly. A new connection can be re-established at any time.
- In the Exivo integration, a member’s mobile number is now automatically transferred, if available.
- With automatic progression through waiting lists, free spots are filled immediately. Customers move up automatically without manual intervention.
- Other minor bugs have been fixed.
