You have the possibility to update the credit card data of your studio directly, which are needed for the payment of the premium offer.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click on «Premium & Billing» in the admin area.
- In the «Payment method» section in the upper right corner, click on «Manage payment method».
- Now a window opens where you can enter the new data.
Good to know
- If your Premium was automatically deactivated because the payment could not be made, the Premium/ Add-On must be reactivated under «Premium & Billing»: Step 3: Select and test premium offer
