SportsNow offers you the possibility to add members directly from the participants list of a class. This allows you to manually book a member both for an upcoming lesson and for a past lesson.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My participant lists».
- Find the desired class and click on «View participant list».
- Click on «Add participants».
- If you offer a livestream for this class, you can decide if you want to add a livestream participant («Add livestream participant») or an on-site participant («Add on-site participant»). Click on the appropriate one.
- Search for the desired member and select his pass. You can also add multiple members at once.
- When you are finished, click on «Add participant».
In the app
- Press on «Participants».
- Choose the desired class and press on «Add participant».
- Search and select the desired member.
- If you offer a livestream for this class, you can decide if you want to add a livestream participant («add livestream participant») or an on-site participant («add on-site participant»). Click on the appropriate one.
- Select the type of pass and then press on «Add now» to confirm that you want to add the member.
