SportsNow offers you the possibility to keep your customer base up to date. You can delete members who are no longer active in your studio.
Good to know
- Important: When a member is permanently deleted, all their data including bookings, passes and invoices are deleted. The deleted data cannot be restored.
- As long as the member has not been permanently deleted, the member and its data can be restored.
- The member's login is not deleted by this action, i.e. the member can still log in to SportsNow and use his account with other studios.

Step-by-step instructions
Delete member
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on the desired member «View customer details».
- Click on the button «Delete First name Last name».
- Confirm the pop-up message that you want to delete the member by clicking «OK».
In the app
- Press on «Admin».
- Press «My customers».
- Find the member you want and press on it.
- Press on «Actions» - «Delete».
- Confirm the pop-up message that you want to delete the member by clicking «Confirm».
Restore member
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers» - «Deleted» to display all deleted members.
- Click on «Restore member» at the desired member and confirm the pop-up window with «OK».
This function is only available on the web.
Delete member permanently
On the web
- Important: If you delete a member permanently, all customer data such as passes, bookings or invoices will be irrevocably deleted. This process cannot be reversed. The member must already have been deleted as described above.
- Click on «My customers» - «Deleted» in the admin area to display all deleted members.
- Click on «Action» - «Delete permanently» for the desired member and confirm the pop-up window with «OK».
